At Ramzel Tech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us at support@ramzeltech.net within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
